I've been running my CAI for the last 7 months through heavy rain, snow and car washes (the kind that sprays water at the underbody of your car), and I've never had any problems what so ever. I know that you don't get that much rain in Georgia because I used to live there for about 3 years, and, from what I remember, it was really dry and humid. The only time that you should even be worried about hydrolocking your engine with a CAI installed would be if you had to drive through a pool of standing water that was at least a foot deep. Now, if you tried to do that, you'd DEFINITELY hydrolock you engine for sure!! So, unless you have to drive through large bodies of water on a daily basis, I wouldn't worry about it. Hope that helps you out any.
