I bought mine from www.tirerack.com and I believe they were less than $70 SHIPPED! 8) Also, they are performance "Hawk" brand pads.

Hawks are good stuff! But let me get this right, you just want pads? You say in your first sentence that you need "new rear disc brakes on my tib" ...? So which is it?

I've got some KVR pads for my Tib that I'll be installing this weekend. I've used them before on the Accent that I had and was VERY impressed by them. They have excellent grip and minimal brake dust.
We have them for $47.91 a set: http://shop.hyundaiperformance.com/shop/item.php?i=KVR_M7146D

Y not go to a local auto shop and go for top brands like Raybestos or Bendix??
you can buy them and they will last through all the performance you want..
i bought them and installed it in my BMW for 50 dollars..

Your calipers are fine.. which they should be if this is your first time changing brakes.. how about your rotors? do they need to be recut and resurfaced or you can just buy new rotors and 2 brake pads for around $80 dollars
