When you install the s/c does it replace the TB or if i got a bbtb and a s/c later it would still keep the bbtb?

also the same for the intake? Also what about the intake manifolds?

Thanks

Do anything you want to the naturally aspirated intake system of the V6 with currently available aftermarket parts. The s/c will still fit up without any major problems.

The alpine S/c has a TB included. I called then a while back to see if i could just buy the TB and they said they dont break up kits. So to your question. NO you dont need a tb cause it comes with it. I am not sure why any of the S/C guys have not helped you yet.

Good info SS. I missed that BBTB thing. I guess the upper intake is part of the Alpine s/c kit also. Confirm?

Yeah thanks. And to answer your IM question. The supercharger replaces the top IM. But you can buy a BBIM from nextgen or samba if i am not mistaken.

the alpine kit does not come with any kind of TB you reuse yours. so yes you can get a BBTB.

The more air that s/c can suck in the better.

Since we are talking about S/C I was wondering if I could use a S/C with the Canadian weather..... Rain, then snow, then -30c, then +30c.

???

Of course you can. There are several factory supercharged/turbocharged cars on the market. There's no reason not to get one because of the varying tempuratures.

Well most of the factory F/I cars are not aqua cooled like this one is. So whats stopping the h20 that is cooling the S/C to freeze?
