Im looking for a general rule book we colud say about NOS

now i know the basics zex is only good if you have a 50 shot or less but i think thats all ill need
im just curious about what the eternal damage would be done to the car over time and some info on how many shots you get from a tank<average size>, performance gains and so on
i think this guide will be very helpful to alot of people
