I wanna get exhaust on my car but I don't know which one to get, borla and mussa are talked about alot but what one is better, or sounds better?? Just want some opinions..thanks! :biggrin:

Check out the exhaust sound clip thread at the top of this forum... Lots of people have poasted sound clips. As far as the 'best'... that's really subjective... Go with what sounds best to you, and what fits your budget. ;)

yeah pretty much what tuscani said...i love my mussa though, with it and a cai i ran a 15.5 yesterday which isn't bad with just 2 mods

Yeah i have the mussa too for my I4 and that and my CAI makes the car sound reallyy bad ass, though i ran 16.11, hah

This question is a sticky wiggit. I got myself a custom set up with dyno max. The gains are all the same. the sound is what is different IMO.

I'll say one thing.. I have the nextgen/ssautochrome header and exhaust combo.. It is LOUD at WOT... even when your accelerating from a stop. Cruising isn't bad at all..

I seem to have lost some backpressure as well.. When I'm not in the powerband, it is kinda slow.

Going to the track on wednesday though. We'll see how it does, I just installed a CAI too.

I checked the sound clips but can't really tell a difference on the computer, Can you tell a big difference from the stock exhaust? How loud is it, like can you hear it going by you and stuff?

my suggestion is the mussa EVA VI not only because i have it but it comes with silencers if too much noise is a concern also the silencers give you some back pressure so that you have a little more low-end i personally dont use the silencers because it is such a nice exhaust note in my opinion.

I'd say mines the best! esp if your going FI.
