KEeps heat from transferring from the lower IM to the upper IM. Also it raises the IM up so itallows heat to escape from under it

I can't imagine it would be too hard to install the spacer.

here is the jest of it, Ill take some better pics of it later and get them properly hosted and posted
Ok firsttake the the bolts off the back of the IM, the first pic is the 1st bolt, there is a nother one in the middle and on the driver side, It is either a 10 mm or a 12 mm bolt, and all three are hard to get to

the second pic is the top of the upper IM, take all bolts or nuts off that are highlighted, then pull up on the Upper Im on both sides.dont pull to hard or you might start ripping stuff off when it breaks free, but you will have to pull hard enough to get it up a few inches, tilt the front of it up, put one gasket in, then the spacer, then another gasket, the try and put it down while guiding in the studs oin the left and right. All bolts on top of the IM are 12 mm. then use the bolts given with the spacer, and use a hex key to tighten them, although i didnt use 2 of them because of the studs taht are on there

lol 5 minutes max, but I already had the 3 back bolts off since I lost them over the course of taking my im off about 6 times
i forgot to ask ... what type of gaskets did you have to buy for the installation.. were they the stock gaskets or what not.. let me know ..thanks.

Just order one from your dealership or hit up AJ Fixer here on the forums
is it the same as the stock one or what?
