THIS THREAD IS FOR MEMBERS TO POST UP THEIR I4 F/I DYNO GRAPHS.


The Rules


1) Only post in this thread if you are posting a dyno graph and or an air/fuel graph.

2) Along with your dyno and/or air-fuel ratio graphs please list all ENGINE & TRANSMISSION MODIFICATIONS you have performed to your car.

3) Any posts not containing the above two graphs will be deleted.....NO EXCEPTIONS!

4) If you want to ask members questions regarding the information that they post in this thread, Please send them a Private message or start a new thread directing your questions to that person.

5) Since the performance forum's split into NA and FI, in April 2004, this thread is for F/I (forced induction; i.e., super chargers, turbo chargers, nitrous oxide, etc.) dynos. To post a Naturally Aspirated dyno, please post it in the Naturally Aspirated Performance forum's Official Dyno Thread.

this is my dyno graph of my accent with a i4 2.0 swap motor
to3/to4 3 inches exhaust apex 42 pounds lighning injectors and a boost cooler methanool water injection 255 walbro fuel pump

MSD DIS-2 Ignition
Altier 2nd Fuel Rail Kit with 670cc Injectors
Walbro 190lph Fuel Pump
Ken Belle Boostapump
HKS SSV Blow of Valve
Champion Iridium Spark Plugs
Wallymart Oil Filter and Full Synthetic Oil (Mobil 1 clone)

The below dyno was at 18psi boost pressure running E85 (Ethanol) Yes its extremely rich as this is the first time I've tuned with E85. Much more power to come!!

pump gas,no alcohol enrichment,muffled.8 injectors,4 controlled with a mt-4 microtech.

here is a link to my dyno sheet. its a td05h-20g at around 12-15psi. 285whp, dont mind the torque, its actually around 240 at peak.

Guess the turbo technology today are so good that even lower and mid range feels better..

i have a vid on the thread, it was just hard for me to get a nice vid. am doing everything, from driving to controlling the dyno and keeping an eye on the a/f ratio. when people are use to seeing 900hp cars and u pull up in your DD 280hp car. they kind of just not help too much.LOL!

when it comes to turbo. you just need to chose the right one for your HP goal. mine is more or less 300. if i wanted to make 400 to 450hp i would have chosen a gt3071r with a .63 a/r exhaust housing which should start spooling around the same time as the 20g. you just need to keep the exhaust housing small and big compressors because our engines dont rev too high.

Yeah its a lot of fun for sure! As you can imagine traction is a MAJOR problem. I have some "interesting" ideas for some winter mods for my tib. Stay tuned.

waoo good numbers!!! even have more torque than my car!!! but why the graph is like " bump" i dont know if i said it right but i think you undestand,you have that power but for a little time maybe im wrong on my asumption.

The severe drop off was caused by my cat converter. It was choking the turbo at high RPM. I now have an electronic bypass valve in my downpipe so no more restriction. I just haven't been back on the dyno yet to see the new numbers. I'm sure I'm well beyond 400whp though.

i think is gonna be like 425-430 hp and the torque gonna be up too!!! good luck!!!
