Re: My '06 GT - Low & Wide

Now that is what wingless should look like, well done sir... Real excited to see what u do in the rear. I kinda like the rear pods by GT Tech, but would def like to see other options. Btw, hows the fitment and what not of the cf hatch? U really are tempting me to buy one now. Def get the BBK next, that's guna set ur wheels off sooooo much more.

Very sexy car!!!!!
I wonder how your car would look with the spolier on it.
I also second the BBK to set off those sick *** rims.

Re: My '06 GT - Low & Wide

Thank you, guys!
Yeah, I used to like the GT Tech rear, but I'm just not a fan anymore. My 2 options are the M&S rear pods (probably molded) or the secret diffuser I have up my sleeve, or a combo of the 2!

The fitment is great! I'm very happy with it.
BBK kit next? You think so? I was leaning towards the Bride seats first, but now I've been leaning back towards the brakes. I just might have to go ahead and order them!

Thanks! I think I might get a high spoiler, but the only bad thing is that there's no going back.

Go with the BBK. Nothing would set those rims off better than some massive calipers and rotors.

Haha, yeah it's quite a dilemma with the spoiler. But oh well! We'll see.
And I think it'll look even better once it's even lower and wider.

Re: My '06 GT - Low & Wide

ur rears probably a lil highier now, CF hatch lighter then stock by alot so the loss of weight in the rear probably lifted it up a bit more. I know when i drive on the hwy my car feels bullied around by the wind lol

Re: My '06 GT - Low & Wide

Haha, if anything, it might've lifted it like 1/20". My suspension is SUPER firm. But the rear is gonna go down, don't worry!
I'll have to give her the ol' highway test before long!

Re: My '06 GT - Low & Wide

True story, 9.5"! It was actually over 10" when I measured it, so I'm not sure how companies measure them.
If you can stretch a 235/40 on a 7", then you are the man. Haha
Thanks for the compliment man! I appreciate it.
