Yeah I've tried calling him about 4 times left a couple voicemails, no returned calls. I know it's side work for him, but it's bad business practice. Lets say you paid me $2000 to paint your house, you're going to want me to paint your house the next day or at least soon not 6 months later when I have more free time =/

I only received the rear cover, which he said he was having trouble finding a front, and it was silver ( I paid $100 extra to have them black.)

I'll have to email him again and hopefully he responds.

Should I try and dispute it? I can probably only dispute the powder coat fee for the valve covers (which was 100). It's been 46 days since I sent the money to him.

Left my last message for the guy today. Got no reply, nor did I expect one.

I had a conversation with him last year, during which he told me he felt that there was no longer a demand for the GK aftermarket parts, and he was trying to generate enough funds to move forward into the Genesis platform. I don't think that's accurate. I see lots of NGM parts being bought and sold online, as well as potential NGM customers who go elsewhere due to issues like those brought up in this thread. It's my opinion that he could do very well for himself, if he chose to continue on with NGM. Maybe he's just burned out.

As a longtime supporter, customer and acquaintance of TC, I am very disappointed by the developments in "the house of power" over the last several years. It's clear to me that, for whatever reason, he has washed his hands of the GK community at large. Personally, I don't see any reason to continue beating this dead horse.

If there's anyone still dealing with the NGM stage 2 F/I reflash "5k lean out " issue, I think I may have found a fix. Feel free to drop me a PM and I'll explain it. Other than that, I am done with this situation altogether.

I have driven my car watching the lower trims and i havent gotten the lean issue... Is that the.fix?

At one time, there was no better person to turn to for information on this platform. No one better to answer any question, and help at a moments notice.

He ran a large series of Group Buys last year, which now seems like it was a "Going out of business" sale.
Having been MIA since January, god only knows what he's doing. The "Toy store" has been updated with some GC & Veloster parts, but thats about it.

I hate wishing ill on someone, but for him to just drop a community that has so strongly supported him over the years (all NGM/HHOP/NT drama aside), that says very little about the man.
I hope if he's making a turn into the GC community... that they (GC owners) read up on the mans ways, and he fails as hard as he can.

Wow, from what I've read in this thread this guy is a horrible business man and I would never order anything from him.. whether it's his second job or not. if you're going to ignore someone's calls for over a month AFTER they've already paid you, either make it your primary business or drop it as a side business because that's completely unacceptable.
