Not so much a DIY as a wiring guide, but this would have been extremely useful to me before hacking into the wiring for the stock amp. Haven't seen this anywhere else so I hope it's helpful (See attachment). All wires were determined from my 2003 GT with a multimeter, I'm not sure about differences by year but I'd assume any Tib with the Infinity package would be the same. enjoys.

okay this was a lot of help, although my noobness still begs a few questions.. while hooking up my pioneer 4100, i'm confused as to what goes to pins 15, and 6 - illumination - and +... the only wires i have extra on my HU's wiring harness is orange/white - lighting switch terminal, and MUTE... anyone want to help me out real quick??!

PLEASE help!! i'm kinda freaking out a little... on the diagram it says that RED goes to battery, and then it says again that RED goes to rear left amp -.... i only have one red...

Ok.. so my question is if I want to install an aftermarket deck like my Single din Kenwood I Need just the wiring harness and the dashkit right? Or do I need to get another harness for the amp
