Whenever I fill up the tank, the engine dies unless I redline it and keep it pinned for 2-3 seconds. Only on startup right after I fill the tank to full. Not on half a tank, 3/4 of a tank, only full.... I don't even know where to start with this problem.
The nozzle tripping early and often is also a sign of the charcoal canister being wet with fuel.
Again, it's been covered (same/similar threads to charcoal canister) multiple times.
Short term fix is to remove the canister and empty it out.
It sounds like the same problem I was having a couple of weeks ago but I pretty much knew what mine was because it was common on the 2.7 when I worked at the dealership. Go to fill up and I couldn't get to start. Just kept turning over and when it would finally start I would have to hold RPMs up and drive off then it would be fine. Mine purge valve. No CEL but could blow straight through it when I took it off.
