Now I tried to add coolant but it keeps leaking out constantly from under the car leaving a puddle. Please help me, this is my daily

What year Tib?
How many miles?
When was water pump replaced?
Where is the leak, is it from the side with the belt drives? If so, that is the end with the waterpump.

Usually blown head gaskets don't leak to the ground (except some later model Subaru).

These (and many cars in the last 25+ years) have radiators with plastic end tanks. They crack with age. Best is to pressure test the cooling system when "cold" and look for leaks.
The fix is to replace the radiator. Check RockAuto, they are a site sponsor and usually have a 5% discount code in the vendor section.

If the radiator did blow out and drop fluid it’s a reasonable indicator of a blown head gasket at it slowly removes the fluid in the cooling system and allows steam to expand and blow your radiator tank.

A proper range radiator cap will vent pressure before blowing the tank or hoses. A blown head gasket into the cooling system can push coolant past the cap leading to a loss of coolant, but not blowing the radiator tanks.
This is how the system works and why we have an expansion tank or overflow tank.

Not sure what oil solenoid (VVT?), but I don't see an issue changing the oil.
