I HV a new battery in the car but the battery logo come on the dash the battery not charging cause I take it for a run and when I park it back won't start battery logo no want go

The car should run with the battery disconnected, the alternator runs the electric stuff.
Check the alternator belt, see if it's broken or loose.
Check the alternator output. With lights off and engine running:
Idle should be about 13.5 volts
High idle/2500+ RPM should be about 14.3 volts

Engine off, battery should be 12.6 volts or higher.
