We have replaced every sensor that we can think of the car runs great but when we stop at a light / stop sign it dies starts back up, ran the codes it always says m.a.f sensor or throttle position sensor and they have been replaced

Are you using good sensors or "Autozone/NAPA" types? Tibs are picky, later years are worse.
What are the exact codes?

Which motor did you swap? The Sonata and Tiburon came with both the 2.0L and 2.7L. This is important because there are a few drastic changes to the engines between those years and unique to each motor. I'll explain why once you provide which engine you have.

As Charlie-III says, which exact codes are you receiving. The diagnostic numbered code only... not generic descriptions please.

Provide a complete list of the brand names and sensors you replaced. Brand names absolutely matter. Off the shelf parts from your local parts jockey cause more trouble 9/10 times.
