Just wondering if any member or sponsor has put toghether a kit for the f/l bumper upgrade. Somethin that would have all the parts necessary (mounting stuff, fog light stuff...etc). I havn't seen it, but it seems like it would be a good idea.

I think what he's saying is most current offerings for the 05/06 bumpers (like www.arkspeedracing.com) only offer the bumper and nothing else. This leaves out all hardware for the fog lamps, etc.
SO if you currently own an 03/04 model Tib and want to bring at least your bumper cover up to 05/06 spec, you'll have to dish out more money and time finding the parts to complete it.
In the end if someone/company selling the bumper had the resources to get all the accesories for the fog lamps, etc. it can save the end user time and possibly money.
So the question remains. Does anyone offer a complete bumper cover conversion with all accessories?
