i use black rubber ones in the front and rear since the hour i got the car.

As for getting the seats clean.. there's not too much to it since at the time of the detailing, the car only had maybe a hundred miles on it.

Used Klasse SuperGloss for the shine. Cost a pretty penny, but well worth it!
