Hello I need a DIY to put on my adjustable coilovers . I don't know if the springs go first or I first have to put the aluminium screw. The problem doing that is that the aluminium tube hits a plastic cube in the midle of the piston so probably I need to remove it (is white) . My second step is to continue with the spring and after the aluminum cap ...
Im not sure! What I done now is first the rubber cup , after the spring , over it the aluminum cap and the aluminium screw (with the two exagonal locks) the upper part of the aluminium seems to go smoothly inside a sort of hole in the top stock

WOW this is the first time ive seen someone buy this on teh board. i really wanna see how this works out. if this gives this good ratings... it could change a lot of things.
my brother has one of these setups on his escort. The ride quality is real good and the install is simple. I dont know how good its going to be on his struts and stuff but so far there good. I would do it to my car but its to new and i would pay for a good kit or some lowering springs before i did it.
try taking them to the supsension shop to save yourself the grief. you're going to need a spring compressor to take your stock ones, and put those new ones on because i believe the bomz is just a springs with adjustable plates.
i had a friend that tried to go the cheap route with adjustable coilovers too. we couldn't get it to fit proberly onto the assembly so when we took it to the shop we found out that it was the wrong size.
however if you're confident enough to do it yourself, look for the "spring install" diy.
hi got these bomz coilovers, they've been sitting under my bed for about 3 months but haven't fitted them yet. Got them because they were the only springs that seem to be unerversal (i got 1.6 all others seem to be for 2.0/v6 in uk)
Theres some guy on car domian whos fitted them to his tib the pics only show before and after but hes set it up tottally slamed.
A friend got the bomz for his accord. It's the roughest ride ever. IT will definately ruin his oem struts. Save for quality that has "give".
