Automotive parking light Tire Car Wheel Vehicle

Vehicle registration plate Vehicle Grille Car Hood

Motor vehicle Automotive tire Font Gas Auto part

Hi I am new to the forum I recently bought a 2003 gt Tiburon fully built I was told it’s ready for a turbo. I don’t know much about the car i know it’s cammed and tuned somehow. I think using the boost a pump. The car has next generation motor sports branding all over . The seats and the block . Where can I get parts my value cover is leaking the own gasket doesn’t fit the back and even after changing the spark plug parts it is still leaking from the spark plugs.

Is that Tim Conni's car?

Let's see some more pictures of the engine bay and all the NGM bits!

If that's the same car... you bought a legendary car from the original owner of NGM. Tim Conni was "TC" from NGM and I saw he was selling the car in Facebook a few weeks ago. It should have a built motor ready for boost. The NGM "race" blocks were known to have Honda H22 rods modified to fit the 2.7L crankshaft and fitted with ROSS racing pistons of around 8.5 to 9.0 to 1 compression. Likely has CNC ported heads, ported lower intake, beefed up valvetrain from Ferrea and the .370" lift cams. An excellent purchase!

That is awesome! Thats the test car used at his shop to develop the NGM supercharger and turbocharger kits and tune data for his reflashes. It's got a lot of history!

Yeah I got a hold of Tim he said he still has the turbo motor that was in it before . I want to buy it honestly, he said it was making 550 hp . The motor currently in it is also one he built but the car is set up for nitrous right now. I just recently got it I am trying to make it nice again. It only has 23k miles.

Man there are a lot of one-off parts on that thing. I don't think I've ever seen that hood or that spoiler. And yet they never deleted the rear wiper....strange.

Lookin' good though, post up some more pics of the engine bay and interior when you have a chance.

The hood is M&S Carart / Mussa, I believe called "Warrior" for which a good number were made (both CF & FG) but ultimately still rare. My favorite aftermarket hood.

Other than that I spy Razzi rear spoiler, and APC (I think) rear bumper lip. Interesting combination.

Omg I always wondered who bought this car. It went up for sale a few years ago on one of the Tiburon face book groups. That motor should be 11.5:1 as I remember. Should be good for some nitrous and possibly boost but you would have to run e85. Definitely post more if you can, please post a YouTube video of the exhaust a video was posted when it was for sale but disappeared when the car was sold. Would love to hear it again. Congratulations on the buy.

Very nice, I'm liking the custom blue in the interior (it's actually similar to my GTO, which is not custom but is black/blue inside) and it does have a nice exhaust note doesn't it?

I'm kinda surprised with all the engine work they didn't color the valve covers or the intake or anything. Now you just need a proper cold air intake instead of that hot air setup.

Man that thing sounds so good 👍🏾 . You are definitely lucky to buy that . Also as peachferrari said I'd get a cold air intake to install in that thing . Also did you decide if you're going to reinstall the nitrous.
