It's a stage 1 if it's got the heat exchanger and water reservoir. I know it's not pictured but I see he's got the coolant lines hooked up with it in the engine bay so presumably it was a stage 1 at one point.
Send me his facebook username in a private message. I'll see if he's been active in the groups long enough to not be a scammer. There have been some facebook scammers pretending to sell rare items like this. Don't worry, I'm not looking to swoop this up under you... I already have two Alpine kits
