I believe the Beta's iron block is a very close cousin to the iron block of the 4G63 but I don't know the exact details. I think if it were a more well known fact you'd see a lot more people building Hyundais.

I'd also like to know the details about the realation between the Delta and the 6 from the 3000GT.

Don't wory, I'm sure somebody will reply with "SEARCH."

The Evo engine has the MIVEC. It's a kind of a Mitsubishi version of the VTEC.

There are lots of Tibs (mainly in Korea) that have done a 4G63 swap.

Do a search for "Engine Swaps" and you'll find a dozen or so threads. I know I posted pictures in at least 2 of them.
