I recently replaced headgaskets on my 04 tib GT 6speed 2.7l and might sound stupid but I would rather sound dumb then screw up all my work so when I took my camshafts out I had everything at tdc but when I went to put it all back together one of my cams do not line up with its mark i got the arrows in the black links and my mark does not line up with mark on valve cover like it did when I removed it will it hurt it if I put it in the way it is and then turn it by hand to the mark

turn the cam gears to the mark by hand with the timing belt off and with the cam bearing caps loose/removed.
check your TDC at crank, then install timing belt.

shouldn't hurt it that way.
