I replaced my turn signals with led switchback bulbs and I'm trying to put the Load Resistors on and I need to know which is the power wire for the turn signals.

Which wire is the power wire to the turn signal? The two pictures are to the wire harnesses that I have on the driver side and passenger side.

Well i'm not going to attach the resistor until I know which wire to use. But yeah I would put it further away than that.

Using a voltmeter or test probe, connect one lead to a ground (bolt head, etc.), turn on flashers, look for on/off voltage.

Yeah I don't have a voltmeter. I was hoping someone would have done the same thing and knew which wire it was.

If you don't have a volt meter, just use a test bulb. You can easily make one with an old light socket or something and use the wires from the socket to test leads on the plug. One wire on ground, the other to probe the plug to see which is feeding power.
Just something I've tried back in the days, and seemed to work fine for me.
