Hey everyone.

So I was told I need new struts, I've heard quotes from $850-$1100. This isn't really something I'm prepared to do myself, so I was wondering if this sounds about right, honestly it seems a bit high to me. I was thinking more around the $600 range, though I've never had to get them on this car.

Thanks

that is ridiculous. OEM equivalent replacement struts usually run about 75 each. The dealership charges from 120-150 per strut depending on the model. koni inserts run 150 each, and those are the BEST you can get, but those require modification (see my DIY). Save the money and go to autozone to rent a spring compressor, it is easy and you learn about your car. Also if you want to, I have 2 low mileage OEM SE struts for sale for a great price too in the for sale section, wink wink
