Okay so after searching forever for a seller from the US for a good price, I found this Tuscani Emblem 2007 2008 Hyundai Tuscani Tiburon Hood Emblem Genuine US Seller 86320 2C700 | eBay

I drive a 2008 Hyundai Tiburon GT LTD, Im guessing that will fill the hood, but I also want one for the back. Will buying another one of those work or not because I can not find anything else?

On another note, If im still using the wheels I had when I bought the car with the hyundai wheel caps on, these should fit correct? Hyundai Tuscani Tiburon 17" Wheel Center Caps Set of 4 Genuine OEM US Seller | eBay

Good deal you found there. I believe the hood and trunk emblems are identical in size and mount the same way, so you would get two of them. If you have the same wheels I have, for the 2008s, the center caps are 60 mm diameter so they should work in place of the drunken H ones.
Yes the hood emblems off of ebay will fit both the hood and the hatch! They have 2 prongs on the back with 3M tape that will hold it to the car. The hood and hatch both have the 2 holes that the prongs will fit nicely in.

When it comes to the wheel caps, those will fit perfectly in your wheels especially since you have the newer GT. If your car was an 03-04 without the 17in steel alloy wheels they won't fit, but they should fit your car since it's a GT which comes stock with the steel alloy wheels.
Thank you both so much, This forum is amazing.

Also an easy way to get off your old emblems is to slip some zip ties underneath and pull. And use wd40 to get off all the leftover glue. I just did my new badges.
Is there an easy way to put the wheel caps in? I'm trying to avoid taking off the wheels one at a time with my pretend jack...

You can pry the caps out from the outside with a flathead, but you risk damaging the wheels where you pry them. Well "damage" is a strong word, but you can nick the aluminum with the prying, I'm sure you know what I mean.
Well, if the little metal ring is there (behind the wheel cap), you won't be able to remove it without taking the wheel off.

And be careful, I think the 2 holes in the hood and in the trunk are not the same, so the emblem might not fit both... last time I called the dealer for the OEM Hyundai emblem they told me it was 2 different part numbers.

You could be right. I didn't install mine (prev owner did) so I'm not 100% on if they're the same. Might also be different numbers because they go in different places or Hyundai just puts a different sticker on the back, but Shark Racing seems to think they're the same one:

Nope, GK27V6 is right, the caps have to be replaced from the backside because of the circular clip that goes inside the edge flaps. You can pry the caps out from the front, but you'll definitely damage them and the clip will be stuck in the hole. You'll never get the new ones to seat right.
