Is there any products out there that act like a polisher or something that you use on your rims, because I have tried cleaning my rims with special cleaners and stuff and they get shiny in some spots, but it looks like they need to be polished or buffed or something and I just wanted to know if there were any products you could use to help with that.

In my experiences, if you use some wax and you rub it in really hard, you can effectively do some hand-buffing.

Someone took the gas hose at my work and swung it over a Cobalt's spoiler, thus making a badly scuffed spoiler. It took me a good 15-20 minutes, but after using some wax and rubbing fairly hard and repetitively, the marks were all but invisible. All the same, we had a red jewel tintcoat Impala with a bad gouge in the clearcoat on the hood.. some wax and some hard rubbing and it was gone, with the clearcoat smooth as could be.

Just get them refinished and reclear coated. I seem to recall that solo had a DIY for doing it yourself.
