What does cb mean when talking about wheels? Is it centerbolt? And is it important?

I'm about to buy a pair of rims & tires. The bolt pattern and offset are correct but the cb is different?
Can anyone help?

Oh yeah.......the purpose of hubcentric rings is to adapt the center bore of the wheel to our hub size. If you get a wheel with a center bore of more than 67.1, you should also get rings to make it fit properly.

Also, don't get wheels with a smalled CB, as they won't fit. I have a set of wheels in my garage right now that don't fit because of a different CB.

Now you got me worried. My cb is 72.56 and the one of the wheels I'm about to order from a newer model (11yrs newer) is 74.1. Will this work? Again the bolt pattern & offset are the same.
What about those hubcentric rings that other dude was talking about?

I'm an idiot. Scratch that last question. 9mpg79 was right. I found the rings for $4 a piece on tirerack!! Sweet.
