heyy guys i am looking for headers for my 04 v6 tiburon.. i wanted to know what suggestions you had on what kind and if there is any way to keep the check engine light from coming on??

search button, use definitive header thread, and with a proper and careful installation of the o2 sensors, you can prevent CEL's.

SSA (ebay's, obx, etc.) < Ark, DC, Hotshots < Ripp, SFR

you're really going to have to search for that kind of information, there is so much available on those topics that I wouldn't even know where to begin. There are a number of available headers out there, depending on what you're looking to spend they'll cost you anywhere from $200-$850, things you should look for when searching would be fitment issues and locations of 02 bungs for the 02 sensors- this will most likely determine whether or not you experience any CEL's after install but there are no guarantees.

^ /agree with the o2 comment. You should prefer to have 4 bungs, the two primaries on each manifold are fine, and it would be preferable to have each secondary located behind the cat, since the current locations are behind the pre-cats.

Depends on how much you are willing to spend. The System Type C headers are available from SFR for $850 w/o a cat; $1130 with race cat. If you do get them, be sure to install the two 02 sensors that are closest tot he back of the car without any spacers.

Search the threads too; there are many, many threads about headers for the V6 tibs.

^ correct. You need to put in o2 spacers to prevent them from throwing CEL's if the headers just use a straight pipe for the secondaries. It is basically like a bored out spark plug fouler, or you could purchase the actual things from arkspeedracing.com. Take note though, if you run just a straight pipe (like the SSA's, obx, etc.) they will sound raspy.
