i have a stupid stupidddd question. my moms dell.. its a black 2002 Deminsion 2400.

how the hell do i open it ? theres no screws? i took the plastic from the front.. still cant get inside.

there are 2 black oval things. on the back you will see it has a metal piece. so you can lock the computer case. so no1 can get ti the internals.

put the computer so that metal piece it upwards. push in with one hand on each oval and shack the fu.ck out of the thing till it pops. i only open 50-200 in a day of work ha :)

Causing memory dump solution for all of you.... Or just want to increase how fast your computer works....


Follow these quick steps

-Start
-Control panel
-System
-Advanced tab
-Performance settings
-Advanced
-Virtual Memory "Change"
- Increase to maximum number allowed or close

This should help and is not a solution to your problem, but rather assistance until you get the RAM.

those are the steps you need to follow after you install the new ram. to tell your cpu to use more ram.

I actually checked this and mine was already set to the max. I've added RAM to this computer before and I guess it automatically changed it.

i have every configuration. and the gold pin sizes vary. i wouldnt mind but i have 6 different styles. so if you take a picture of your pin i can just send you the correct size.

i do have it.

right now i only have 3 or 4 512mb.

but i will see if i can get 1gig sticks for you. i just used them in my computer haha
