you know what all your problems are....you bought a non-compatible car

should of went with 03-06 if you wanted headers..tough luck lol

so your saying the CEL would come off because of the temperature of the exhaust?
after you put the cat on with the extended o2 sensors you will not get a catalist ineffecency code, you will however get a different code. The enw code comes from the o2's not heating up fast enough after being relocated.

All a tuner would have to do is modify the ECU parameters for catylyst inefficiency, however this is very illegal. Probably why T.C. hasn't done it already. I tried the spacers on my 07 and ended up with 8 different o2 sensor related codes. Yeah... That didn't work.

have you ever heard of a resistor? u see if you put ur o2 sensors in and even a spacer doesn't work... you add resistance until the voltage going to the ecu is approximately .43 (aka 14.5:1 afr) which happens to be what it is AFTER the stock cats... with an obd2 reader (either the usb to obd2 on ebay or a GOOD obd2 reader) you can view the voltage... you can even get a 3k-10k ohm potentiometer and simply turn it slowly until the resistance is proper... given it'll still bounce a bit... if that case place it farther down the exhaust stream using the resistor/pot method.

works great on both my 05 se and joels 08.... takes a bit of electronics knowledge but it's rather simple. just remember that resistance is constant... stay away from wot and stay away from a turbo tune of 12.5:1 while ur trying to pass emissions... cause at 12.5:1 u'll most likely throw the code anyway...
