Wow... impressive. RIPP SDS too... totally impractical with no top, and probably impossible to get in and out of with those structural supports, but i'm curious to know how much it will sell for.

 

LOL allways wondered about making a convertable Tiburon. Had to take a close look at the rear, kinda curious to know what it took to make the trunk. Love the overall concept thou, really nice custom paint, not so hot on the interior.

Unless somebody buys it for a show car, who would really want to drive it?? $60,000 invested??? I wonder if it will sell for half that...or sell at all??

But, I have to say that I do like the convertible look. I would like that on my black tib...but with a hard top.

 

I think the Tib looks sick as a convertible. I agree that there is WAY too much green though.

I completely agree. The only convertible I'll ever do is a hard top convertible. But I'm still not sure. I'm addicted to my hard top w/ sunroof cars.

just a quick FYI, this is also the car that is used on Dunloptires.com site: This Page's banner. I used to do a lot of the site maintenance for that site before i left HFA. (HFA handles all of Goodyear, and subsequently Dunlop's advertising... online and otherwise)

I would buy this for $10K if I had it to blow...

I would spend another $1K re-painting and changing some of the things I dont like... then take my mods and add it to that car, then sell my car...LOL

they didnt spend 60K in mods... the sponsors spent majority of it... he's just trying to sell it to get what he spent

I like it, and I really like the paint job, Just wish they had made it a convertable hardtop.

He wants 32k for the car if i remember, It goes on ebay every month or so. This car has been around forever. I think the first pictures of it were posted in early 2006...

I love the way they molded the widebody on to the f/l bumper.

Yea its a sick show car but i wouldnt want to ever drive it so its kinda worthless to me...

Useless, Impractical, and most of all, Ugly.

It's like a bunch of expensive crap piled into a car, given a flashy paint job, and pushed out the door. No thought went into the lines of the car.
