So this post is more of a heads up since I already had the problem and had it fixed.
So I am sure people reading this thread know what the BCM (Body Control Module) is, but in case you don't. It is located inside the vehicle, and all the fuses's inside the car plug into it, but the same unit controls all your lights; and if your tib is a 01 and up with an immobilizer it controls that too.
Now what happened too me was my left turn light got stuck on solid, it would not flash and would not turn off even with the car off, unless I pulled the fuse. So I took it to the dealership, and it turnout the be the flasher for the left turn signal.
Oh but wait instead of having replacable flasher units, Hyundai buys really expensive BCM'S made by Bosch and the flashers are not replacable. Instead you have to replace the whole BCM unit, and it cost's $500.00 (Cnd), plus an hour's labour to install it. Now I figured this would be covered under my extended Hyundai warranty, but no and it isn't even covered under the original manufactures warranty. So if you have a warranty it doesn't mean anything because Hyundai won't cover it.
So in the end it cost just under $700.00 to have it fixed just so I could have a left turn signal, but I am told it is very rary, I was just the unlucky one.
