i've gotten my best MPGs at 75mph. all other conditions were quite optimal though.
close to sea level, at night, no traffic..

also I think 60 on the eway is a little slow lol.
as long as you keep out of traffic and your cruise on, you should be fine regardless what speed you pick. My average speed on highway is 80mph unless I'm trying to be careful and I mostly only travel on the eway since everywhere I need to go is right off one of the exits. When I'm running low and desperate on gas I will go 65. 60 is too slow... lol 75 is a nice balance especially for long distances.

and 80mph is a bit fast IMO... in my town you would have a collection of tickets if you drove like that on a daily basis. 72-73+ (120kmh+) gets tickets here. I get better mpg around 60-65 with my i4

lol thats what alot of people say. Where I live the cops don't really care about traffic stops b/c they're probably more concerned with gang violence. I live right off of cline and 80/94 and the cline extension is closed so no state troopers either. I don't actually see any other cars really until i get to 80/94 but everything is right off the exits. I have a cheap cobra radar detector too so it helps a bit
