camshaft seal replacement?

my 03 tiburon gt is leaking oil from behind the harmonic balancer/crankshaft pulley. took off the pulley to see if i could replace the seal but how do i go about that? Noticed the sprocket do i have to remove the timing belt to replace the seal behind it or am i missing something? need help if anyone can.

Yes, timing belt has to come off as well as the crank sprocket, which hopefully isn't seized on like my last one was.
