Should be one of those gift/debit cards. I got a letter in the mail before I received my payment stating I would be receiving my payment.

 

if i just recently bought a tiburon and the clutch is starting to go bad, what should i do? Is there anyway i can get a free clutch out of hyundai or am i screwed? Btw i have a 2003 tiburon gt v6 2.7L with 87k miles on it. Only mod i'm runnin is a custom CAI

 

You just bought it which means that you are at least the second owner and the car is over both the 6 month and 60,000 mile warranty. To top it off you are past the class action lawsuit submission date.

Hate to tell you but you're not getting anything.

Just an FYI to anyone late comibng to this "party", you're out of luck in hopes of getting any kind of settlement. Oct 26th was the final filing date to take part in this class action lawsuit.

With that being said, after 6 phone calls, 3 letters and having to resubmit ALL paperwork 4 times (meaning that it went 5 times total)... 13 months total worth of hassel, i got the covetted letter stating, "Dear Sir, you're getting 100% reimbursement!

yippee!!! $1375 back just in time for Christmas

 

Funny thing is I turned in all the paper work I got into the mail and nothing has happened. Not even a phone call back or letter. I guess I'll be making some calls and emailing some people. I definitely had everything on file and turned in right when this whole thing came about.
