i'm in pa and the way the guy explained it to me was as long as there are no check engine lights, all of your o2 senors are on the car and function and black smoke isn't rolling out the back it will moe than likely pass. in pa we have had emmissions for a year now.

thats cool. i don't have any cats on the car at all. my guy who does the emmission testing still says i shouldn't have anything to worry about. guess i'll find out this april.
