ive been talking to several people and the possible issues with various flywheels and weights...

7lbs too much clatter...

9lbs perfect....

13lbs+ stock....

i only know of 2 flywheels available right now, fidanza and Ark...

Fidanza is 7.5lbs...(KJB displays) $397.97

Ark doesnt display weight??? $249.00

Does anyone use either of these? whats the weight on Ark?

i plan on going F/I and getting a stage 3 clutch...

i have a spec..not sure on weight but i have no clatter...those go for 430 for the 2.0...i have the spec stage 4 and it seems to match up flawless with the flywheel cause it is the same brand...

well they are 2 different types of flywheels.

fidanaza is 7.5 pounds and is made from aluminum. it is very light which makes for quick revs, but will have alot of chatter. it will also be weaker than any other flywheel because of the materiel and weight. it is also the most common used flywheel here. the ring gear is also pressed onto this flywheel which leaves chance for separation.

ARK is 13 pounds and made from forged steel chromoly. compared to fidanza there will be MUCH less chatter. the ARK flywheel is also basically indestructible because of the material used. but because it is a little heavier the revs wont be as quick as with the Fidanza. the ring gear is also milled onto this flywheel which removes the chance of it separating.

the stock flywheel is roughly 30 pounds.

those are the pros and cons of each. me personally, i would go with the ARK.
hope that helps
