I would like to know if its possible to swap some gears in a 5speed to raise general speed of gears...and of course where can i get those..?

Buy an 02-04 Eantra transmission and swap the Tib one out. Dont ask questions just do a Google search on gear ratios, or sign up to HMAservice and compare the ratios between both Elantra and Tib.

I have mentioned it here on the forum a few times and use an Elantra transmission as well.

Do as said above. Not really worth trying to swap gears in our trannies. If you were, you would need to pull the tranny, pull apart the housing of the tranny, remove the secondary shaft with the syncros, output gears and bearings. You would then need to get gears that match the teeth pitch as the input gears and install those new gears that are different sizes. The equation for figuring out the ratio of those specific gears is the driving gear divided by the driven. Higher the ratio, the greater the torque multiplied, but speed typically goes down.

Obviously a lot of work

Interesting, never heard of this. Can you give a generalization of what the end result it? Like, higher top end, or better highway cruising RPM, longer first gear to make it less useless, etc..?

A gear swap has been accomplished on the 6-speed. Both the 6th gear set and the final drive set can be changed for higher ratios with gears from a Nissan Maxima. Some machining is involved for the FD gears.
But the end result was longer, more 'drivable' gears, +5 or more MPG highway, lower RPMs at speed, and 1 less gear shift on the 1/4 mile.

Tib transmission, shorter FGR to make the car accelerate 'faster', also lowers top speed. I was shifting into 5th gear @ 160km/h before crossing the 1/4. I switched to the Elantra transmission and I am still in 4th gear @ 180km/h crossing the 1/4.
