That is ridiculously cheap. How much would it cost here just to have the whole car repainted and a few dings taken out? I'm guessing a few thousand

 

A really good body shop where I live quoted me ~$1800 for a full same-color [red] Repaint. You sound like you're getting one helluva deal, just (as previously advised) make sure the quality is legit.

We have a company in the states called Maaco that advertises $500 repaints, but they're crap. I hope it works out for you, though. Good Luck.
