can u explain the fitment issues a lil more?
I bought one a while ago, and believe me it sounds and looks amazing. The install was a real PITA mainly because of 2 reasons. 1) the holes on the pipe that connect to the the cat aren't tapped big enough, so you need to widen them. I tried doing it by hand with a file for a while which didn't work to well because the stainless was soo thick, so I got someone with a drill to help me widen up. It went real quick with the drill and fit on good after that. The second fitment issue is that the right exhaust tip is like bent inwards so it touches the inside of the cut-out. What I had to do I took it to a muffler shop and they just the pipe up with a blow torch and bent it. Although a little part of the pipe does look kind of ugly it solved the problem. But bending this pipe was no easy task, the freaking stainless on this exhaust is THICK, it took the guy a good hour, and alot of heat to bend the pipe lets say 1-2 inches. But in the end its a great exhaust, sound great, looks great, and a great price. You won't be dissappointed I PROMISE. I do recommend taking it to a shop to install though just because with the little fitment issues its just easier, and you'll have to take it there more than likely to get the pipe bent. Anyways thats my little review haha. ENJOY!!

i have the ssa exhaust and i am starting to hate the way it sounds . It has a very loud raspy sound and im getting sick of that noise. I want something that sounds bad ass not raspy and sh**. What should i get.
Aside from say getting a 600 dollar borla, if your looking for an affordable exhaust I would very much recommend this one.

I emailed the guy about silencers for this exhaust. It does not come with them. Anybody now if there are ones will fit in it cause I often do long road trips and would like to lower the noise when I do take these trips.

I have an email also into him if he offers silencers for it seperatly or has ones that will fit.
Thanks

The only thing I don't like about it is that the y is not in the middle, so the right muffler is getting a lot more exhaust flow than the left one.

Yeah that is one thing, but the way I see it you get close to the flow of a single, with the look of a double. And your not like on of those ricers that have a dual but both don't work haha. I actually think the design of it gives it better flow. Does anyone know how the original Greddy Evo2 is designed as far as the Y is concerned.

To tell you the truth you really don't need silencers for this exhaust, because as long as your going at a constant RPM this exhaust is almost quiet. It sounds just like the stock exhaust at constant RPM so no worries
