Hi Ray! Welcome! I have the Injen Intake, and absolutely love it. I am considering your comapny's SES exhaust system, as well, but can't find any sound clips. If you have any, would you be able to post them up? I like the quality of your product, and hope to have as much of it on my car as possible. I was wondering though: is your company considering making headers? I'm not even sure if you do that, but please consider it! Take care...

So with the exhaust and intake being accepted with such open arms, is there anything on the drawing board for the Tiburon?

Right now, the intake, exhaust and dress up parts are the only item curently offered...As time goes by, more stuff might come out of the pipeline...

Scott: LOL, actually as the old saying goes, "you get what you pay for" We take our time and lots of pride in producing our parts. Our intakes are often copied but nothing comes closer to the real thing. When we R&D our intakes, we test sometimes over 10 different piping sizes and configurations to get the most out of the car. Some intake companies, even the bigger named brands sometimes use a "one size fits all approach". And as far as our exhausts are concerned, anyone who has seen an SES system will say its top notch, especcially the welds. And the sound and power really makes it well worth it. Okay, i think my little speech is long enough......I'll just let the products speak for itself....

Ray, on behalf of myself and the other mods and admins, welcome to the site. It's always nice to have someone from a manufacturer on our boards. It makes for better information and much less speculation. Enjoy.

Welcome. Just to let you know, on the website, on the "Testing" page they list the Tiburon V6, but it says 1996-1998 for the year. I believe the first Tiburon was made in 1999.....lol.

Might want to tell your computer guy to fix that.

Actually 97 was the first year the Tiburon was offer in the US, 96 in Korea.

I have the Injen intake & oil cap also. I may get your exhaust to replace my KORE when I get a kit. It depends on if the KORE exhaust will fit with whatever kit I chose. Injen= :3_winkthu

ok ill have to throw this one out there...THAT SOUND CLIP SUCKS. now that ive got that out, sorry Ray. =0) I received my Injen Super SES from PTuning.com yesterday and put it on that night...got done around 9:30 so i didnt post on here (tired and had work today). ill personally vouch that, yes, the exhaust sounds good. deep, low-toned bass-like (you can feel it in the wheel, accelerator, stick ever so much) sound everyone would love! but get this...i think Injen may have done this on purpose: I also have an Injen CAI installed (had it a few months). the SES gives that beautiful sound till around 2200-2300rpm w/ medium to heavy pressure on the trottle. after that the sound mellows out a bit...heres the catch, the intake takes over w/ the sound through the rest of the rpm range and its a MOST BEAUTIFUL SYMPHONY of intake/engine/exhaust sounds...im tellin ya, its great and prevents the exhaust from sounding like a 'mad bumble bee' (as my girfriend like to call 'em) and all raspy like.

what beats that though...the performance, i can honestly say i spent roughly $700 for the nice exhaust sound alone...not for the performance (i forgot i was buying Injen). the first time i pounded it...the dash raised so much, im not kidding you, it spooked me! definite improvement in the trottle response and acceleration throughout the whole powerband. another big plus, third gear. before w/ just my CAI, 1st and 2nd were full of excellent torque but 3rd is where it quit...got kinda sluggish. now...that power continues on through 3rd gear, it still pulls hard.

i have pics (sorry, no sound clip, dont have the equipment) on my digital camera but i dont know how to post them! someone help me out here....i want them shown!

peace
the biskit :3_winkthu
