My tib = 06 GT with power locks.
If I am in the car and manually flip the lock (the actual lever on the door - not the power lock button) on the drivers door to the lock position, it will lock both doors. If I flip the drivers side door lock to the unlock position, it will only unlock the drivers door. If I flip the passengers side lock to the locked or unlock position, it will lock and unlock both doors.
Is this how it is supposed to work? Just curious...why would the drivers door lock not trigger the passengers door to unlock?
And, if I were to move the power lock button from the drivers door to another location, could I actually use a simply momentary push button or would it have to be the factory button to work properly?
Thanks.
