Come on now people i need answers from someone who owns a set!
OK man, here you go.....

I bought my set of OBX headers last year... They arrived, the welds look well done the pipes were perfect, and they came with 5 - 02 sensor locations (4 02 sensors and 1 extra for a wideband) .

BUT... 2 things I ran into:
1. On the front header, the lower 02 bung is at a strange angle and the 02 sensor would hit the bottom of the oil pan.... solution, I had my buddy weld the 02 bung cap in place over that location that would have hit, and weld me in a new 02 bung plug on the front of the lower header so that the 02 sensor plug is easier to get to and doesn't hit anything.

2. Also on the front header, my mounting holes that fit over the studs were SUPER precise, and were so tight that it was next to impossible to slide the header up over the studs and get it to slide down properly to mount up to the block. All it took was about 15 min and the drill press to slightly widen out these holes by a millimeter or so, and wallah, fit like a dream!

After those 2 small issues the headers bolted up perfectly, and they sound great! :3_nosthum

I mean, we do MODs to our cars, and by nature sometimes they are not always going to be a perfect bolt on.... you may have to do slight modifications to the parts to get them to fit, or you may just get parts that are 100% perfect all the time.... either way, the headers are a nice set and I like mine.

I wasn't really expecting a perfect fit for the O2 bungs, but all 4 on opposite sides... to the point where the O2 sensors cannot reach the holes...
thats just sh!tty
I would check this again, as I thought that was the case at first too, but after looking further into it I found out that you can unhook the wiring harness from a little clip in the engine compartment and free yourself up a few extra inches of slack on the 02 wiring which will allow you to safely route the wires around the header without being close enough to it to do any damage and still plug in.
ALSO.... I don't know how I forgot about this before.... for you 03 & 04 tib guys (since the 02 sensors are not as sensitive as on the 05 and up), the 02 sensors can actually be reversed without any problem. My buddy Jeremy bought a set of JVT headers and after we got them all installed and went to plug the sensors in we found out they were backwards! Well after looking at the path of the tubes we saw they they were plugged into different tubes, but still on the piping where it was only 1 tube worth of emissions gasses (if that makes sense) so we just switched the locations and plugged the upper in the lower and the lower in the upper, and ZERO issues. Car ran beautifully. (so this may be an option for you as well as long as the 02 sensor locations are on single tubes and different ones at that).

Hmm looks like when i get home i'll have to really check mine out to see if they are "good" or not. Thanks guys. +1 TibbyTurnedTuscani
No problem man... glad it helped... thanks for the +1 :) Also, check out the post above this one that I just wrote, it may also help to clear some things up.

ALso, if you need a pic of where I had my buddy re-weld my front lower 02 sensor I'll be happy to send it to ya.

Yeah man i saw that post, it's a bit more reassuring, but i'm still a bit leery about installing them. I don't think i'll need a pic (at least not yet anyway) i'll probably just end up selling them for what i bought them for. Although i was looking at a pic of mine and it looks like all the o2 bungs are in the correct places.
I saw you just posted up a for sale thread on these in an attempt to go turbo.... I would tell ya that if you are going turbo this summer than there is no need to install these, but it might be worth it if you are going custom turbo to just cut the ypipe from where these headers come down and have the piping for the turbo inlet routed. as then you'll have nice smooth headers to run to your turbo with, with the 02 bungs already welded in the primary locations.... you can cap the secondary's and put them farther downstream if needed since you'll need to fab up a downpipe and such for the turbo.

If I were you I'd install these since you already have them, have fun rocking out your header'd tib, and work on putting your turbo kit together in the meantime.

Yea... if you guys need any help with the installs or anything, just hit me up, I've done it so many times I could do it in my sleep.

I don't remember ... so let me know what you find out.... I'd assume it may work off the SSA's or JVT's, but I think the OBX's and DC Sports are a bit different.... can't remember exactly now, I'll have to hunt around for image pics.
