I'm gonna go ahead and ask it.. did it come with instructions?

Also here's a link. It's not at all for a tib but it may give you a general idea of where to start in getting them off.

And if all else fails... bump for a Vet's assistance.

Let me know how it goes. I was thinking of buying them myself but I just haven't gotten around to it. All I can say (from someone how simply removed the little plastic pillar collars (thats what I'm calling them) that 'seem' to connect the mirrors to the door it seems pretty straight forward (minus the wires and such). The little collars just pop off easy as cake (mine did at least, because I just painted mine :)), and there should be like 3-4 bolts holding the mirrors in place. Mind you though, the collars only cover the front, side, and rear of the little pillar. Look closely at the space between the inside of the mirror (the part that actually faces the door), and the door itself. You should see at least where they separate. I would recommend a screwdriver/prying tool because it is a plastic piece, and you'll need to pop it off. It's actually pretty easy because there isn't a lot holding it in place, but it does like to snap back easily.

Bump though for luck if anyone else can help more.
