ehh someone could probably repair that light damage with some FG/bondo, then have the sides painted, leaving that nice strip of CF down the middle. ive seen much worse damage repaired...

its hard to tell from these pics, but the hood was cracked to hell on that corner... the CF strips were literally hanging in the breeze...

it might cost some money, but when you take into account the amount saved by buying it slightly damaged and what you'd save on shipping (i assume this is a local sale?) then you might wind up with a sweet hood for much less than buying a new one and having it shipped. i would buy it for $100 and just use it in the winter instead of my nice one, LOL.

The carbon fiber looks like it was bent from a wreck, the problem is has the hood been warped from the impact? The tell-tale sign is that white corner. thats clearcoat and underlay both broken, probably even the fiberglass frame work underneath the fiber (depends on if this is a reskinned oem hood or redone using a fiberglass base/frame to lay the fiber strips on). Either way big do not buy red flag going off, until you can see pics of it in an oem position on the car it is simply to risky.
CF hoods dont really "warp" from an impact, they crack or shatter. nobody "re-skins" CF hoods on OEM metal frames, man. that would make them ridiculously expensive and heavy. theyre molded from fiberglass with the carbon fiber laid on top.
