Well for starters it doesn't look like the mp90 that sits under my hood, I would double check that.

i see now... there are 3rd and 4th gen versions... the one phlash has is 3rd gen and the one that ngm uses is 4th gen

Good luck man, also it looks like you are going to have to get a new snout for it as well.
If you are for sure going to do this then it should turn out well. Since it is a older model you can't use Tc parts other then the , injectors, mafterburner, Tb and some other odds in ends. but all in all good luck and show some pic's

Wow. M90... same supercharger used on the Assassin.

You could save yourself some hassle (and money) and just get NGM's Assassin kit (minus the actual blower) then you're all set.

phlash, i'd say he's speechless because you didn't buy into ngm's super cool marketing and get an MP90 from ngm (from here on out i'm going to try to not say those stupid names anymore).

 

yeah, but i figure NGM is charging at least 15-1800 for the blower itself, even though it is a newer gen S/C this one i have has 17,000 miles on it, its off of a 2004 GTP and it was sitting in the performance shop where I got my car dyno'd and was being held for payment of work done for another car. the shop kept it on the shelf for over a year, and I offered him a buck fiddy for it, and he said done. It will be cleaned, ported and polished before it goes on my car.

 

i'd try to find a shorter snouth and center it on whatever manifold you put it on.

 

im going to have a custom lower IM built, and just get rid of the upper IM all together I think. or I may have a full custom upper IM

 

the only thing is if you want some sort of aquacooler deal on there it's gonna be harder. you'd probably have to get a cowl hood or something... not to mention the whole belt/pulley thing. i don't think it would be really logical to do that.
