HAHA damn Ricky got in the way! Car is 1.2" front and .75" back. The handling is awesome but didn't want to go lower since the roads here suck ass. Maybe drop alittle however won't count on it yet.

That looks great,,, Would you say that the Tein coilovers are nice on the ride quality ? DId you get hit in the back near the gas cap ?

Ride quality goes out the window with these. Depending on what dampner setting you use, you have to swerve to miss cigarette butts..lol. But they definately serve their purpose for handling. I love taking my corners really fast now.

Just thought of something else...why is the drop lower in the front than in the rear?

BTW: How did you get a pic of my Tiburon in the future? ;) <wants his time machine back>

Did you end up getting them from us?

Also, yes they fit the I4...I've had them on my car for over a year.

And be careful changing the drop height with these coilovers. They aren't made for adjustable height so what you're actually doing is altering the spring rate, which will result in a very harsh ride. I would recommend setting them to the 3/4" of thread they recommend from the factory for a month or so and letting the springs settle and then deciding what you want to do. I'll try to get some pictures of my car from the side showing the ride height at the factory settings (and factory spring rates).

That means these are actually design for V6? Anyone have experience with D2 coils? they have it for I4 though.

I prefer Tein since they're said to be the ultimate ride experience handling you'll ever get than any other kind of kit out there. Of course the more you pay for better quality the greater you'll get out of performance. No I didn't get hit near the gas cap. That's probably someone shadow reflecting agains't the car.

Because I'm probably planning to get a front lip in the future and will need a bit of ground clearance. I mention roads here are really deadly, which there are a lot of gaps and bumps. Rear is fine or I could lower it more. My garage has a huge ass steep just to get into it kinda stupid how the builders done it. I think of safety first than how low I want to go.

I got it from the shop here and they ordered through Tein directly but somewhat end up paying $2100 CND for the kit and $100 more for the installation and alignment. Total $2200 CND spent for everything. Well I didn't want stock height so told them to drop it 1.2" front and .75" rear. My dampening front is set at 4 and rear is 2. I didn't want too stiff since that will be really harsh ride.

These coilovers fit 4-cylinder fine. I've had them for over a year and several other 4-cyl owners have them.

BTW, here is a picture of how my car sits after a year of using the coilovers (springs are settled). My tires size is 225/45R17 and I have +35 offset wheels.
