Yea Rick....the guy finally got my heater hose in...over 2 weeks....I had to rent a car for a week...talk about money down the hole....so yea, your mount is on its way this week!! He says 2 days to put the clutch and mounts/heater hoses on.

I figured I hadn't bugged ya in a week or so, it was time.

 

I'm 100% down for a dyno meet. I have my SAFCII and ned to get it tuned.

 

I have to put a deadline on this. Since they need 2 weeks to set things up. We need 8 cars by 8/26 to make this happen. If not, those who are interested can plan to meet up and go the 10th. And maybe get a bite to eat either before or after.

 

I would go for the 10th,it would be my birthday present, so put me down for that day.

 

If it's on a weekend I can do it.

Well day 2 of trying to let my tib "dry" out...put the plugs back in today, started up, still sputtering....I ordered a scanner so i can read the CEL, dont feel like towing it anywhere just yet....odd's are saying I wont be ready for sept 10th.....i'm hopeful though...take me off the list.

Are you sure they are going to tune it too. Last time we had a dyno day there they told me I had to make a trip up there on a different day to get the mafterburner tuned since they can't do it on a dyno days. Also they said it would be $200 to get the mafterburner tuned. If they will tune then I'll be down for it.

 

i would assume they wont tune. Since they would like to get as many runs possible. It may be different if it was tuned by yourself or someone else.

 

Nick, maybe you should change the plug. Also I remember from my boating days, there is a spray to displace water to use on ignition wires.
