What I do is I order like 500 premium business cards with my design, glossy finish, black and white back, etc. That costs like $40.

Then you can add lots of free stuff to your order. You can select one of each free item with every order. If you just get the free items you still pay like $7 for shipping but if you buy something, you might as well add as much stuff as possible because it's free!
