Hi guys
I have this code in the tiburon V6 2005

P0038 Heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) 2, bank 1, heater control – circuit high Wiring short to positive, HO2S, ECM

this really says that the heating sensor has a wiring short? I do not understand that a fault in the heating can light warning of engine failure....

Someone is so kind to help me locate the ref or tell me where the sensor is, please

There could be short in the wire. Most of the time it's the sensor that's gone bad, not surprising with high miles.
I had P0036 for heater circuit failure for B1S2 and went with NTK 25178 which is OEM on our cars. Do not buy any other brand sensors.
The B1S2 is located towards the firewall side (after the cat, see pics in the thread below)
