first up...somewhere in the 60mph range due to both of us having traction issues.

4088R Built 2.0L Integra. Pump gas. 460whp. vs me on a 100 shot. I shut down at 135.


next, 30R EG Coupe. Car weighed in at 2300lbs with driver. Fully gutted, with a cage. Pistons and rods. 16psi, 405whp. On 14psi (370whp) this car ran 11.90 at 121.

including the prices of the car.....its not even close. I am twice as deep in change as them

but mod for mod (performance wise) yes, they do have more money into their cars then me. I only have a cam, fully built valve train, ported oil pump, ls2 timing chain, hooker long tubes, texas speed off road y pipe and texas speed rumbler catback...and my nitrous plate setup. In my whole complete nitrous setup I have about 2k. For the cam and all supporting valve train, about $1500 and exhaust, about 1k...

so roughly 4500-5k into go fast mods...not inclding my full suspension, wheels, dyno tunes, cam install etc.

yes, I trap between 115-116 off the bottle...just full exhaust and cam. Stock 241 heads, stock ls6 intake manifold, stock pully etc...but its hard to say because everytime I have gone to the track I have been on street tires and I just spin 1st and 2nd. On a drag radial on a cool night I believe I could be between the 117-119mph all motor. Im a 4.10 gear car with 400rwhp off bottle so on street tires, traction hates me...even tho I am on full suspension.

The day I was there, there was a 04 bolt on C5 Z06 running 12.0's-12.1's @ 116...

i was going to suggest that, until i realized he's north of albany, and i'm sure he won't be willing to make the trip.

still cool to see none-the-less though. i've never seen one with that much power...or modded really much at all for that matter. it's usually the cobolts i see done up.

not really. i mean from a dig maybe..sure.

but a car done up right suspension wise shouldn't have issues, regardless of platform.

let me rephrase that...shouldn't have too many issues...as i'm sure there will always be some issues.

lol maybe you should come up here and talk to all the 400+ whp honda's on drag radials and try to convince them to go slower then 60 rolls! LOL

but needless to say, I am on a full suspension and on a 100 shot, I blow my tires off from anything 60mph or slower...BUT, that is my fault being on full suspension and still on a street tire...



gotta love wheel spin!

if your suspension was setup better, it wouldn't be as bad. but like i said, you "shouldn't have too many issues...as i'm sure there will always be some issues...." ....

better tires of course would help.

and i've got more bottom end trq than those civics...sure i spin a bit...but...again...."shouldn't have too many issues...as i'm sure there will always be some issues. .."
