but mod for mod (performance wise) yes, they do have more money into their cars then me. I only have a cam, fully built valve train, ported oil pump, ls2 timing chain, hooker long tubes, texas speed off road y pipe and texas speed rumbler catback...and my nitrous plate setup. In my whole complete nitrous setup I have about 2k. For the cam and all supporting valve train, about $1500 and exhaust, about 1k...

so roughly 4500-5k into go fast mods...not inclding my full suspension, wheels, dyno tunes, cam install etc.

So im guessing your fbody runs about mid 12s @115-116 off the juice if its full bolt ons right?

 

yes, I trap between 115-116 off the bottle...just full exhaust and cam. Stock 241 heads, stock ls6 intake manifold, stock pully etc...but its hard to say because everytime I have gone to the track I have been on street tires and I just spin 1st and 2nd. On a drag radial on a cool night I believe I could be between the 117-119mph all motor. Im a 4.10 gear car with 400rwhp off bottle so on street tires, traction hates me...even tho I am on full suspension.

The day I was there, there was a 04 bolt on C5 Z06 running 12.0's-12.1's @ 116...

just curious did the integra that ran 11.3 run on DR's or street tires. The reason I ask is b/c my friend owned a EG Hatch with a build b18c1 pushing around the same power and he ran a few 10.6 runs.

 

that integra just ran a 10.7 @ 126 wensday night on drag radials.

Man... Now I cannot wait to see what my buddies Ion Redline puts down. He just went hahns racecraft turbo... The thing is supposably rated to put down 500. He did the build this weekend but needs a cobalt maf.

 

redlines are a good deal heavier then these Honda's in my videos..atleast 500lbs more.

 

still cool to see none-the-less though. i've never seen one with that much power...or modded really much at all for that matter. it's usually the cobolts i see done up.

but needless to say, I am on a full suspension and on a 100 shot, I blow my tires off from anything 60mph or slower...BUT, that is my fault being on full suspension and still on a street tire...
